春を感じさせてくれる稚鮎。

ハワイでは季節感を忘れてしまいますが、こういった旬の食材が入荷すると、「あぁ〜日本は春かぁ〜」と、思いにふける私が居ます。

さて、見ていても飽きない綺麗な稚鮎ですが、天ぷらや唐揚げで丸ごと春を味わって下さい。

Chiayu, or the Baby Sweet Fish is a seasonal fish of spring.

It makes me think spring is finally here when we see a seasonal fish like this.

Please enjoy the beautiful Chiayu prepared as Tempura or the Deep Fried Karaage style.
